Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients for Demat & Trading accounts networking, database, and references.
- End-to-end customer relationship management.
- Calling Non-Trading Customers and activating them.
- Sell online accounts and financial products to customers and encourage them to trade online.
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
- Ensure that the customer actively trades after opening the account.
- Helping clients with their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet of existing clients.
- Keep track of evolving financial markets and government policies which impact approaches and strategies.
