Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be expected to carry out Customer Support roles for India’s largest organization in Telecom/Media such as Vodafone, Zee5, etc.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
Work Location: Pune (Sharda & Giga)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Timing: 9 hours working
Qualifications: HSC / 12th pass or Graduate
Language Requirement: English
Experience: BPO (Call Centre) experience is preferred

1. Process: Voice Process (IBCC-Post Paid)
- Location: Pune (Sharda)
- Experience/ Fresher: UG with 6 Month Customer Support Exp. / Graduate Fresher
- Training Period: 25 Days
- Salary: Rs. 13200 Inhand
- Shift Timing: 6 days working and 1-week rotation
2. Process: E-Mail Process (WCOM)
- Location: Giga
- Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience: 1+ Year BPO ( Backend /Email)
- Salary: 18000 to 13200 In-hand / 22000 to 16300 In-hand
- Shift Timing: 8 A.M. to 9 P.M. Rotational Shifts
- Working and Week offs: 6 days working and 1-week rotational off
