Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the film’s production
- Oversee the logistics of filming, including scheduling, location management, and equipment coordination
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of filming
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the film’s narrative and visual elements
- Manage and coordinate the work of other assistant directors and production staff
- Coordinate with departments such as camera, lighting, sound, and art to ensure all elements are in place for filming
- Maintain communication with the Director, producers, and other key crew members to ensure everyone is informed and on track
Requirement:
- 4-5 years of experience in film direction, with a proven track record of working on at least 4-5 films
- Strong knowledge of film-making techniques, Bollywood industry trends, and current technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
