Rules of competition :-

Its a open competition.

Its compulsory to have a subtitles to other language film expect Hindi, Marathi, English.
Participation Dates are 05 Nov 2018 to 20 Jan 2019

3 days Festival

For participation participants need legal entry form, 2 Dvds , poster of short film ( in DVD )and entry fees .
Entry fees 700 Rs. Cash or Cheque or Pytm which is non refundable in any case.
short film min. Length 1 min or max 30 min ( with front and end title).
Best 100 short film are selected for final.
