Job Location: Vidaya Vihar, Mumbai
Total Vacancies: 10
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline may apply
Experience: Minimum of 1-year in a recruitment domain candidates from consultancy and BPO Recruitment also can apply
Compensation: 1.44 to 3 LPA per annum (Depends on interview) + incentives + 1000 attendance bonus + 5000 retention bonus every 6 months
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A good understanding of the Internet & MS Office is a must.
- Ability to understand technical Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance with the Job description.
- Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over a telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
- Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
- Understand the job responsibility and formulate a work plan
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
- Maintain a keen eye on the latest recruitment processes and techniques for an efficient recruitment process
- Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
- Conduct market due diligence on the availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
- Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required.
