Bollywood Business Development Specialist
Requirement: Looking for talented “Business Relationship Specialists” who have experience working within the Indian film & media industry
Responsibilities:
- The Business Relationship Specialist will help guide our plan to establish a casting platform in India by connecting our Inline software systems to important companies and individuals in the casting industry in India, preparing market analysis, and creating and presenting sales materials.
- Once we launch a casting platform in India, the Business Relationship Specialist will work directly with current and prospective clients of that platform to generate new business opportunities.
- Cultivate connections with casting directors, casting associates, talent agents, production companies, ad agencies, and otherkey individuals.
- Meet with those groups to develop an understanding of what will make a casting platform successful in India.
- Advise the head of partnerships and business development on all aspects of casting in India and help guide the strategy of the casting platform.
- Build strategy documents for Talent Systems management to review
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working for a casting director, production company, or as a talent agent.
- Strong connections to casting directors and production companies in Mumbai.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to connect as a peer to casting directors and others working in entertainment in India.
