Requirement 1: Retail sales promoter needed for FMCG products (daily consumable products like Atta etc)

Work Location: Delhi

Qualification: 12th pass /Graduate + with Bike

Experience: Min 6 months to 1 year experience in retail sales promotion and experience in retail shop to shop visit

Responsibilities:

open and activate new kirana and department store as per guidelines in given market areas
Sales loading on retailer and daily sales target achievement.
Merchandising
Follow up delivery by distributor
Achieve monthly target of new retail outlets opening and sales volume

Salary: 11K to 16K + Rs. 100 per day petrol + incentive

Requirement 2: Hiring candidates for Retail Sales Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 4+ years experience in Retail sales promotion and shop to shop visit

Work Location: As per distributor locations

Responsibilities:

Recruit 5 to 6 sales promoter under him
Train sales promoters as per guidelines.
Daily monitoring and supervision of sales promoters
Distributor visit and check servicing of new retail outlets opened by sales promoters
Open and activate bigger formats ( key accounts)
Achieve Monthly target of New Retail Opening and Sales Volume thru Sales Promoters

Salary: 20K + upto 8K incentive
